List ledger entry lines lettered to a given ledger entry line

DEPRECATED BEHAVIOR: The items rendered are sorted ordered by ascending id.

NEW BEHAVIOR: The items rendered are sorted ordered by descending id by default. A new sort param is available to customize the sorting behavior (see "sort" query parameter description). The old ledger scope will only work on the old behavior system. As soon as you opt in to the new version, or when the sunset phase starts and you haven't explicitly opted out of the old behavior, the ledger scope will no longer work. This endpoint requires one of the following scopes: `ledger (DEPRECATED)`, `ledger_entries:readonly`, `ledger_entries:all`
